Beginner Agility

Designed for dogs new to agility equipment. Focuses on safe introductions to jumps, tunnels, contacts, and weaves, while building the obedience and engagement needed for future success.

Builds on equipment familiarity while introducing handling concepts, transitions between obstacles, and early sequencing.

Novice Competition

For teams familiar with all equipment. Emphasis on handling clarity, sequencing, and preparing dogs and handlers for trial-style challenges.

Full-course work at advanced levels, including closed weaves and more complex sequences designed to challenge timing, communication, and execution.

Agility training takes place in the largest indoor dog training facility in the New York metropolitan area, with climate control and professional-grade equipment that allows for consistent, uninterrupted training.

Program format & expectations

Agility classes are structured as progressive group programs. Most classes run as a 6-week session, with placement based on skill level rather than time spent.

Dogs must be physically appropriate for agility work.

Handlers are expected to actively participate and practice skills.

Placement may be recommended to ensure safety and success.
