Sheila Mittenmeyer January 11 1941 – March 1 2017
It is with deep sadness that we mourn the passing of long-time agility instructor, mentor and friend Sheila Mittenmeyer after a brief illness. For almost 30 years Sheila was the first agility instructor of students at Long Island Agility, Suffolk Obedience, and Doggie U K9 Academy. Sheila’s philosophy and goal was to teach handlers to have fun with their dogs while doing this sport she so loved.
