Congratulations to a great Junior  handler, Tiffany Russo

Riley is now a Champion!     CH Willowridge Matterhorn S Angel Strength

My name is Tiffany Russo. When I was thirteen, I decided to start taking breed handling classes at Doggie U where I met Rolissa Nash. Over the past three and a half years, I have learned so much from Rolissa. She has taught me to work with breeds big and small and has showed me all I know about breed handling. People always think, “They’re just running back and forth how hard can it be?” I was one of those people before I came to Doggie U and let me tell you, it takes practice! When I first started out at Doggie U, I practiced with my mother’s little Cavalier but what I loved most was working with big dogs. When Rolissa noticed my interest in working with large breeds, she allowed me to work with her Bullmastiff named Shadow. I absolutely loved working with Shadow and I immediately knew I wanted to show larger breeds.
Eventually, after months and months of begging my parents for a big dog, they finally caved and we got a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog who I named Riley. Rolissa has been so helpful to me with Riley. She has taught me to train him with positive reinforcement and she has helped me with any issues I have had training this silly puppy all by myself. Rolissa has helped me build Riley into an excellent show dog and a fantastic dog in general. I have learned so much from Rolissa and everyone at Doggie U over the years and I don’t know where I would have ended up without them. With Riley only being two points away from receiving his championship, I am so grateful to have found someone like Rolissa to be by my side every step of the way. I can’t wait to finish my very first show dog and celebrate with my Doggie U family.
